Appraisal Process: Inspection | Valuation
Once an appraisal request has been submitted, a representative from Ronald C. Ellens Appraisals Inc. will schedule an appointment for an inspection. When on-site, the appraisal process includes an interior inspection of the dwelling. Generally speaking, the appraiser will conduct a room count, record the general condition of the property, any recent updates or features, construction materials used, and measure for gross floor area.
Once the property has been inspected, the appraiser will consider any three of the following approaches to value:
